Din Textile Mills Ltd. (ISO 9001 and IS0 14001) is a listed company on Karachi Stock Exchange with majority shareholding by Din Family. The Company is a part of Din Group of Companies, founded by Late Mr. Shaikh Mohammad Din. The group also has interests in Property, Banking, Chemicals and Construction.

Din group of companies was started in 1954 with a small venture in Leather industry. But with time today is a major part of the eceonomy in Pakistan with exports worth over $70 million per annum and annual turnover of over $100 million.
