The Company is a part of Din Group of Companies, founded by Late Mr. Shaikh Mohammad Din. The group also has interests in Property, Banking, Chemicals and Construction.

Din group of companies was started in 1954 with a small venture in Leather industry. But with time today is a major part of the eceonomy in Pakistan with exports worth over $70 million per annum and annual turnover of over $100 million.

Under the dynamic leadership of the group and strong Human Resource, Din Textile Mills Ltd. was founded in 1987. And in a very small amount of time became an icon for the spinning industry in Pakistan. Din Textile Mills Ltd. has always been innovative and dynamic, which is a strong reason why Din is known not only nationwide but also Internationally for its developments and products.

Din is the pioneer for Melange yarn and Core Spun Yarn in Pakistan and is still the biggest producers of the 2 products all over Pakistan.

Din is also producing Very High Quality OEKO-TEX 100 Certified Cone Dyed Yarn in Pakistan. The dyeing plant is offering Reactive, VAT and Sulphur Dyeing in Cotton Yarns and is also doing Fiber dyeing for its own Melange Spinning.

In 2005 , Din joined hands with Rieter COM4 technology from Switzerland and installed a new plant in Raiwind, Lahore. The plant is equipped with 24192 spindles of K44 and is one of the only 3 plants around the world for which Rieter has called its partners in innovation.

In adddition to all the other products Din is also producing Gassed Yarns, Ply Yarns and SlubYarns. And now amongst the most recent developments is Absorbent Cotton with Pure Comber Noil for use in Cosmetics, Toiletries and Surgical Items.
